Record high support for Poland’s EU membership
According to the survey of CBOS (Public Opinion Research Center), the Poles’ support for Poland's membership in the European Union reached a record level of 91 percent in March, 2019.
The poll shows also that support for #EU membership in Poland has not decreased below 80 percent since 2014. At present, the acceptance of Poland's presence in the EU is highest in the history and only one in twenty respondents is against EU membership. 1 May, 2019 marks the 15th anniversary of Poland joining the European Union.
The survey 'Current problems and events' (346) was conducted using the computer-assisted personal interviewing (CAPI) technique. A representative sample of 982 adult residents of Poland took part in the poll on March 2019.
